Will you be doing business under the exact name registered? If your Company will be
doing business under a name other than it’s legal name (the name registered with the
appropriate governing body), an Assumed Name or DBA (Doing Business As) must be
registered.
Our Business Solutions Group (BSG) can register an Assumed Name for you in conjunction
with the registration process. BSG will ensure compliance with all applicable laws.
The registration process will take approximately 3 weeks. All state filing fees and BSG
service fees are included. Filing Fees vary by state and county. Please call our office
